Manage and develop the Men in Blazers website content and functionality, drive traffic using SEO and social media, and collaborate with multiple teams to monetize the site. | Bachelor's degree plus experience with web technologies (PHP, SQL, XML, JQuery, StoryBlock), Wordpress development, SEO, Adobe Suite, social media integration, and project management. | Description: • Oversee the formatting, content, and development of the entire Men in Blazers website • Find creative ways to better market all assets of the Men in Blazers organization on the website, including podcasts, Youtube videos, social media feeds, merchandise, tour schedules, newsletters, programming, etc • Work closely with production, newsletters, social media, marketing, partnerships, and human resource teams to develop various pages/functions of the site • Drive traffic to the website, using social media, SEO strategies, and paid media • Using StoryBlock, Wordpress, or an alike software, you will curate themes, do basic HTML and CSS editing, and incorporate plug-ins and applications into the website • Identify creative opportunities to utilize our website to increase monetization • Use data analytical tools to track and optimize the performance and traffic of the website Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, journalism, graphic arts, or communications • Understanding of web technologies such as PHP, SQL, XML, RSS, JQuery, StoryBlok, Vercel, and Shopify • Ability to move projects forward while working with a wide variety of teams, such as marketing, partnerships, production, and executive management • Experience organically incorporating social media feeds in a website to drive traffic to each social media platform • Experience with the Adobe creative suite • Experience developing in Wordpress, or a similar technology • Strong project management skills, and an ability to adjust quickly if needed • Proven experience building and utilizing SEO strategies to drive traffic to the website • Ability to work with marketing and partnerships to find creative ways to monetize the website Benefits:
