MO (Remote) Duration - Long Term Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field-or equivalent work experience. • 10+ years of experience in ERP systems, including recent hands-on experience with Workday Financials. • Proven experience supporting a NetSuite-to-Workday implementation or similar ERP-to-Workday migration. • Expertise in system integrations, data modelling, and data migration strategy and execution. • Familiarity with Workday security, tenant management, and reporting tools. • Strong working knowledge of Power BI and enterprise reporting frameworks. • Experience working closely with Systems Integrators and managing cross-functional dependencies. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications • Workday certification in Financials, Integration, or Reporting. • Experience with middleware and integration platforms (e.g. BOOMI, MuleSoft, Zapier, SOAP/REST API). • Hands-on experience with PRISM Analytics and Adaptive Planning. • Background in regulated environments with audit and data privacy requirements.
