We are seeking a highly skilled CRM / Veeva Integration Subject Matter Expert to support our strategic migration from Salesforce CRM to Veeva CRM. This is a critical role that blends deep technical expertise, hands-on administration, and project management within the pharma/biotech industry. Job Description As the CRM / Veeva Project Manager – Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the seamless integration and migration of CRM systems with a focus on Veeva CRM. You will act as the Veeva SME, ensuring the technical environment is optimized, compliant, and aligned with business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, Marketing, and Compliance, to support Veeva’s deployment, enhancements, and day-to-day administration. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical skills, project leadership, and in-depth pharma industry knowledge to deliver a successful CRM transformation. Requirements Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the migration from Salesforce CRM to Veeva CRM, including planning, execution, and tracking progress. • Serve as the Veeva CRM Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical administration support and guidance. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure business alignment. • Manage and troubleshoot Veeva CRM configurations, workflows, and data integrations. • Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. • Provide training and support to end users and internal teams on Veeva CRM functionality and best practices. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies within the CRM environment. • Continuously optimize CRM processes and systems to enhance user experience and business value. • Participate in vendor management and liaise with external Veeva resources as needed. Job Requirements Skills & Knowledge: • Deep expertise with the Veeva CRM platform, including advanced technical administration experience. • Proven experience managing CRM implementation or migration projects, specifically from Salesforce to Veeva CRM. • Strong understanding of pharma/biotech industry requirements, regulations, and best practices. • Proficiency in CRM configuration, data integration, workflow automation, and reporting tools within Veeva. • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. • Ability to train and support end-users effectively. • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work with technical and non-technical teams. • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards relevant to pharmaceutical CRM systems. Experience • 3 to10 years of direct CRM experience with a focus on Veeva CRM within Pharma or Biotech industries. • Prior hands-on experience in CRM migration or integration projects, ideally transitioning from Salesforce to Veeva. • Experience working in a regulated, FDA-compliant environment is highly preferred. Location & Work Model Requirements: • Must be located within the Central NJ area. • Able to work onsite in the office a minimum of 3 days per week. • Local candidates only – no relocation or travel outside the area considered.
