Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance clinical software features, provide clinical support and training, gather feedback from ABA providers, and represent the company at industry conferences. | Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with hands-on clinical ABA experience, strong communication skills, technological proficiency, and willingness to travel occasionally. | Job Title: Senior Clinical Analyst (Full-Time) Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Clinical Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) who is enthusiastic about combining clinical expertise with technology to enhance provider workflows and user experience in the ABA field. As a Senior Clinical Analyst, you will collaborate cross-functionally with product, development, and customer-facing teams to ensure our software solutions are clinically sound, user-friendly, and impactful. You will play a key role in supporting clients, gathering feedback, and influencing product direction. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape and enhance the clinical features of our software. • Conduct customer training and provide ongoing clinical support to ensure effective implementation and usage. • Meet with ABA providers to collect feedback and translate clinical needs into actionable product insights. • Represent the company at up to 10 industry conferences per year (with less than 10% total travel). • Serve as a clinical subject matter expert across internal teams to align product functionality with real-world clinical practice. • Participate in user testing, documentation, and support material development to improve product usability. Qualifications: • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with hands-on clinical experience in the ABA field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with both clinical and technical stakeholders. • Technologically proficient with the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms and train others. • Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities. • Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and client engagements.
