Lead and coordinate SAP implementation and upgrade projects ensuring governance, stakeholder management, and successful delivery. | Requires proven SAP project management experience, strong governance, stakeholder coordination, and leadership skills. | We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and coordinate a Business Development Cloud (BDC) upgrade initiative currently in the discovery phase. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing SAP implementation and upgrade projects, working closely with System Integrator (SI) partners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project planning and execution. This role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to drive large-scale enterprise system initiatives from discovery through deployment. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end management of SAP implementation and upgrade projects, with focus on SAP BDC upgrade initiatives. Manage the project during discovery, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support phases. Coordinate extensively with external SI partners to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, deliverables, and project milestones. Facilitate business and technical workshops to gather requirements, define project scope, and document functional and technical dependencies. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, status reports, governance documentation, and executive updates. Drive project governance, change management, issue resolution, and risk mitigation activities. Collaborate with SAP functional, technical, infrastructure, integration, security, and business teams to ensure seamless delivery. Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, budget tracking, and overall program health. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, SDLC processes, and SAP implementation best practices. Support testing coordination, cutover planning, deployment readiness, and hypercare activities. Provide regular communication and status reporting to leadership and key stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field. Strong Project Management experience leading enterprise application or SAP projects. Proven experience managing SAP implementation, upgrade, or transformation programs. Strong understanding of SAP project methodologies, SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall delivery models. Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholder communications. Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and governance experience. Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
