Core Responsibilities • Support and manage Veeva eTMF, Veeva Quality, and Veeva RIM • Manage Change Controls by working with Veeva MSRs and internal resources • Collaborate with team members to deliver Veeva training and project outcomes • Ensure a continued validated state of applications • Lead or assist with Veeva Study Team Training implementation Collaboration Skills and Responsibilities • Collaborate with Veeva MSRs and internal resources to manage Change Controls • Support end users through guidance, troubleshooting, and training • Communicate clearly and document collaborative processes for continuous improvement Key Skills • Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault modules (QualityDocs, Training, QMS, eTMF, RIM) • Strong understanding of Veeva system navigation, document management, and workflow processes • Familiarity with user access, notifications, and troubleshooting in Veeva environments • Experience supporting end users and collaborating with Quality Systems teams • Excellent communication and documentation skills for training and process improvement • Ability to work collaboratively across IT and business teams

Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure, lead cloud operations team, ensure security and compliance, drive automation and cost management. | 8+ years AWS experience, 5+ years managing cloud operations teams, AWS certifications, healthcare regulatory experience, and migration expertise. | This is a full-time remote role The candidate must live on the East Coast. The Manager, AWS Cloud Operations, manages and optimizes cloud infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) to ensure high availability, security, and performance. This role oversees the day-to-day operations, including monitoring, automation, cost management, and incident response, while leading a team of cloud operations engineers and collaborating with various departments. The Manager, AWS Cloud Operations, also plays a key role in ensuring scalability, implementing security best practices, and aligning cloud operations with business objectives. Key focus areas include resource optimization, disaster recovery, compliance, and driving automation and infrastructure improvements using DevOps practices. This position requires a strong understanding of AWS services, cloud management tools, and cloud security protocols to ensure that the infrastructure meets the company's performance and security standards. • Bachelor's in CS/engineering, etc. • 8 yrs AWS experience • 5+ years managing a cloud operations team (patching, image management, monitoring, cost management, problem management) • Experience with monitoring, automation, and cloud management tools (CloudWatch, CloudFormation, Terraform, Jenkins) required. • Healthcare/Hospital or Life Sciences background (experience with regulatory environment) • AWS Certifications required: i.e., AWS Certified Solutions Architect and AWS Certified SysOps Administrator. • Experience working on a migration from on-prem to AWS
