Manage and grow existing retail client relationships by building trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders and collaborating with internal teams to ensure delivery and identify upsell opportunities. | 10+ years of consultative account management experience in the CMT domain with proven success managing CXO-level stakeholders and expanding client relationships. | The Senior Client Partner – CMT Domain at Mastech Digital is a strategic role focused on growing and nurturing existing retail client relationships. You will be responsible for deepening engagements with strategic accounts, expanding service lines, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This role requires strong CXO-level relationship management, understanding client challenges, and aligning Mastech Digital’s capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with internal delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure end-to-end account success, from solution delivery to long-term relationship management. Key Responsibilities – Farming Focus Account Expansion & Relationship Management: • Own and grow existing retail client relationships, focusing on increasing share-of-wallet and expanding service offerings. • Build trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders across IT and business units. • Monitor account health, client satisfaction, and delivery performance, collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellence in execution. • Proactively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned with clients' digital transformation and data strategies. • Partner with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations and business objectives. • Support long-term account planning, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic roadmap discussions. Qualifications – Farming Focus • 10+ years of experience in consultative account management within the CMT domain, preferably with Data, Analytics, or Digital solutions. • Proven track record of growing existing accounts and expanding client relationships. • Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders at CXO/executive level. • Demonstrated success in identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and delivering measurable business outcomes. • Excellent collaboration skills to partner with internal delivery and pre-sales teams.

Lead design and architecture of ServiceNow IRM solutions, manage integrations, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with risk frameworks and compliance requirements. | 7+ years in ServiceNow solution architecture with 3+ years in IRM/GRC, required certifications (CAD and CIS-IRM), strong risk framework knowledge, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship. | Risk Tech Lead / Solution Designer - ServiceNow IRM Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Security to understand business needs and design scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow IRM solutions • Lead the architecture and delivery of ServiceNow IRM modules including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk, and Business Continuity; create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration standards, and governance models specific to IRM implementations • Build integrations between ServiceNow IRM and external GRC platforms, data lakes, and enterprise systems using APIs, MID servers, and iPaaS tools such as Mulesoft • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the IRM solution lifecycle, including risk scoring models, automated control testing, and workflow design; serve as an escalation point for complex IRM issues, collaborating with ServiceNow support and internal teams to resolve critical technical challenges • Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure IRM solutions align with broader platform strategy and regulatory requirements (for example: SOX, GDPR, NIST, ISO) • Stay current with ServiceNow IRM roadmap, risk frameworks (for example: COSO, COBIT, FAIR), and emerging technologies relevant to integrated risk management Qualifications: • Minimum seven years of recent experience in ServiceNow solution architecture, with at least three years of experience focused on IRM or GRC implementations • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM required; CTA or CMA are strongly preferred • Strong understanding of risk frameworks and how they map to ServiceNow IRM capabilities • Proven experience supporting ServiceNow solutions from a developer or administrator perspective, including upgrades, integrations, and operational support • Familiarity with interconnected ServiceNow modules and core data structures across the platform • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence risk strategy through technology • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; Will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)
