A day in the life. The Talent Program Manager will play a pivotal role in managing MMA's talent streams and programming. The Program Manager will optimize and support multiple talent-related programs and systems, maintain key vendor relationships, and support the overall talent strategy to attract, develop, and retain top talent across the organization. Project Management & Program Operations • Support and help administer the Business Insurance Medallion Program, tracking enrollment, compliance, and performance metrics. • Manage organizational infrastructure for the MMA National Partnerships team, including contracts, workflows, and production reporting. • Facilitate internal and external meetings, including logistics, scheduling, preparation of agendas, and participant communications. • Track project milestones across all active initiatives, proactively flagging risks and delays to leadership. • Build and maintain a centralized project tracker (e.g., in Smartsheet, Asana, or Excel) to provide real-time visibility into workstream status. • Lead post-project retrospectives to identify process improvement opportunities and document lessons learned. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
