As a hands-on leader, this role manages key programs directly and ensures that customer requirements, project milestones, quality objectives, and financial targets are achieved. Working within the Entry and Authorization Systems Business Unit, the Team Lead serves as the primary point of coordination across cross-functional teams, guiding programs from product development through launch, series production, and end-of-life. Lead and supervise a team of program managers while managing projects to meet customer demands, timing, and financial targets. | Bachelor's degree, 10+ years project/program management experience with leadership, proficiency in project management software, and strong communication skills. | We are currently in search of a Program Manager - Team Lead to join our Program Management department of the Marquardt Group in our location Rochester Hills (USA). The Program Manager - Team Lead for BU EAS is responsible for leading, supervising, and ensuring training for a team of Program Managers (2-3). In addition, the Manager will serve as a working manager being responsible for managing projects and ensuring that customer demands, overall project timing, and financial targets are met. This position will lead a project team from development through series production, acting as the primary point of communication between the customer and the project team.
