Key Responsibilities • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video to gather required information and respond to inquiries. • Assist clients in completing insurance applications and submitting supporting documents. • Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date client records within internal systems. • Track application progress and conduct timely follow-ups to ensure smooth processing. • Coordinate with advisors and internal teams to support daily operational needs.
