For us, this card is just a proven wedge into building a broader home management platform where users can manage home systems & appliances, stay ahead on upkeep, and get help - from AI-driven guidance to in-person services - exactly when they need it most. Backed by top investors like Village Global, Jump Capital, Recharge Capital, and Soma Capital, our leadership team brings deep fintech, mortgage, and credit card experience from Ramp, Bain Capital, JP Morgan Chase, American Express, and Morgan Stanley. We’re building the financial and engagement platform for the next generation of homeowners - one that puts the homeowner at the center, and redefines what it means to feel at home. About the Role We’re looking for our first full-time marketing hire to own marketing end-to-end and do the work yourself. There is no delegation, no layers, and no playbooks handed to you. You will help define our voice, grow our audience, activate customers, and support partnerships with our founders and rest of the GTM team. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, partnerships, and marketing — where you’ll define how Made tells its story to homeowners and to the top lenders, real estate firms, and service providers we work with. This is a chance to join early and build a product marketing function that scales as we grow. This is not a 9-to-5 role. It is for someone who wants to build, test, ship, and iterate fast alongside an A+ team and wants to build a ten+ billion dollar company. If that doesn't excite you, this role is not a fit. What You’ll Do Run and grow our social channels from scratch, including content creation and follower growth Create compelling messaging and creative that makes people care about Made and the Made Card Design and launch email campaigns to drive activation, engagement, and spend Build marketing assets that support distribution and partnership launches Experiment constantly across channels, formats, and ideas to find what works Help shape our brand, tone, and storytelling as we scale from zero to one Who You Are You love credit cards, consumer brands, fintech, and home or lifestyle products You are creative and hands-on. You can write, design, edit, and ship yourself You are comfortable using tools like Figma, CapCut, or similar creative software You have experience scaling something from zero to one, whether at a startup or on your own You are bored in a corporate environment and want real ownership and upside You are a hustler who wants to help build a billion-dollar (or bigger) company, not just get a job Ideal Background 5–8 years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market roles at a high-growth startup or established tech company. Strong track record of owning positioning, messaging, and GTM execution for consumer or B2B2C products. Excellent communication skills — able to craft narratives that resonate with both consumers and enterprise partners. Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, and Marketing teams. Strong analytical instincts and ability to back strategy with data. This is a role for someone hungry, scrappy, and fluent in internet culture — you live on social platforms, know how to make content go viral, and are eager to scale Made’s online presence to tens of thousands of engaged followers.
