LR Management is looking for a dependable and hard-working individual with previous apartment maintenance experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be a team player, have a positive attitude along with being self-motivated and self-directed. Our maintenance staff are key members of our property team who interact with our residents as they carry out general repairs and preventative maintenance which includes HVAC repair, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry. LR Management offers an outstanding total compensation package including: • Competitive compensation • Health, vision, and dental benefits • A wide selection of voluntary benefits to meet employees’ individual needs • 401(k) with company match • 15 days of accrued PTO per year • Employee training and certification assistance • Career growth opportunities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in • Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments • Completing resident service requests in a timely manner • Accomplishing carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks • Performing preventative maintenance tasks • Conducting move in/move out inspections • Ensuring an adequate inventory level for required parts • Ensuring service shop is clean and organized • Assisting in the maintenance and cleanliness of the property’s indoor common areas • Maintaining well-groomed grounds and building exteriors including, but not limited, to trash pickup and snow removal • Adhering to established policies related to fair housing Qualifications include, but are not limited to: • 1-3 years of verifiable general maintenance experience • A valid driver’s license • Applicants must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and the ability to be on-call. • A high school diploma or GED • The ability to lift 50 pounds

LR Management is looking for a dependable and hard-working individual with previous apartment maintenance experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be a team player, have a positive attitude along with being self-motivated and self-directed. The Maintenance Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to work with the Property Manager to ensure and coordinate the safety, maintenance, and equipment needs of the property, along with overall requirements of the community. LR Management offers an outstanding total compensation package including: • Competitive compensation • Health, vision, and dental benefits • A wide selection of voluntary benefits to meet employees’ individual needs • 401(k) with company match • 15 days of accrued PTO per year • Employee training and certification assistance • Career growth opportunities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Working knowledge of the following: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, changing locks and cutting keys, make ready punch lists, carpentry, landscaping, and general curb appeal • Ordering supplies for inventory • Scheduling projects in vacant apartments ahead of time to get work completed in a timely manner • Managing large capital projects including bidding, supervising contractors and sub-contractors, and reviewing completed work • Communicating with vendors and staff to resolve any issues Qualifications include, but are not limited to: • Three (3) years minimum experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (preferred) or Technician in a multi-family apartment setting or equivalent industry. • HVAC and EPA Certification • Experience with Yardi • Experience in estimating maintenance and repair timelines and costs associated with projects • The ability to set goals and create a plan to accomplish them • The ability to understand and work within a budget • Knowledge of property management at the leasing and administrative levels. • Intermediate computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite. • Proven time management skills in meeting deadlines and achieving goals • The ability to create a team-centered environment and lead that team effectively • The ability to take direction from leadership and follow through on the directive • Pool certification preferred
