We are now seeking a proven B2B Sales Manager to lead and elevate our Ritual Division across the USA. About the Role This is a high-impact, results-driven position focused on: • Managing & supporting broker and distributor relationships in the PREMIUM CIGAR sector across the U.S. market. • Encouraging, monitoring, and reporting on sales performance. • Driving a data-driven sales culture with accountability and measurable execution. for Cigars sales • Working collaboratively so that our partner’s growth (retail, distribution, and brokers) = our success. While an interest in or passion for Premium Cigar culture is a strong advantage, this role is fundamentally about sales team management and performance. Oh and we have over 31,000 organic real and engaged instagram followers ! We are now launching our new to market Florida brewed Hazy IPA and Pilsner Non-Alcoholic Beer range into the USA market. This is another touch point for men to open up and chat in a clear minded and open way. It also moves into the broader rocketship for growing consumer preference of NA beverage consumption alternatives to alcohol. We have secured initial distribution via a boutique distributor in Florida and we are targeting a three pronged sales strategy : • Traditional distribution routes via boutique and national wide distributors into retail, grocery, HOERCA and others ; • Direct to Consumer sales online - with monthly subscription and bundled packaging opportunities with LOFB cigars and other LOFB products int he near future • Tie in sales opportunities into premium cigar retailers with bundle offering into our initial 150 plus retail outlets . SO WE ARE seeking a proven Senior Sales Manager to lead and elevate our Refresh Division across the USA and within those three sales channel. About the Role This is a high-impact, results-driven position focused on: • Managing & supporting distributor relationships across the U.S. market. • Driving D2C sales and monthly subscriber revenues from our 31,000 instagram followers and other social media avenues. • Establishing bundle and tie in opportunities within our cigar retailer network • Encouraging, monitoring, and reporting on sales performance. • Driving a data-driven sales culture with accountability and measurable execution. • Working collaboratively so that our partner’s growth (retail, distribution, and D2C) = our success. While an interest in or passion for premium cigar culture is a strong advantage, this role is fundamentally about sales team management and performance. The ideal candidate thrives on execution, accountability, and results.
