Oversee daily property operations including tenant relations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and financial management across multiple properties. | Minimum 3 years property management experience, proficiency with property management software (Yardi Breeze preferred), finance/accounting skills, leasing experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree preferred. | About Us: We are a recognized local real estate development company that prides ourselves in delivering exceptional services to our upscale residential communities. We are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 100 unit portfolio across Lemont, Elmhurst, and Addison, IL. Job Description: In this role, you will be a vital member of our property management team. You will oversee daily operations, including accounting, invoicing, leasing, and maintenance coordination across multiple properties. Your skills in utilizing property management software will help ensure efficient and effective property management. Primary Responsibilities: Managing the daily operations of our properties, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and leasing activities. Handle finance-related tasks, including managing budgets, tracking expenses, and processing invoices. Managing the leasing process, including showing properties, screening prospective tenants, and handling lease agreements. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and service providers. Utilize property management software for efficient operations and record keeping. Participate in the initial management stages of future developments. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing tenant inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Establish and maintain a positive relationship with our residents. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related role. Experience with property management software is a must. Experience in Yardi Breeze preferred. Background in finance/accounting, with experience in budgeting, tracking expenses, and invoicing. Proven experience in leasing and maintenance coordination. Strong interpersonal skills with a personable attitude. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, finance or a related field preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's license and vehicle for required travel Competitive salary and benefits package Mileage reimbursement
