Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets, support data interfaces and ETL pipelines, provide actionable insights, and ensure compliance with Army and DoD policies. | Active Secret security clearance, Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related, 3+ years in data engineering, DoDI 8140 certification, expertise in enterprise databases, SQL, DoDAF frameworks, Agile experience. | Description: • Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets generated from ATIS applications, including training usage, system performance, and user engagement metrics. • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for ATIS product teams, Army leadership, and government customers. • Partner with software developers, UX researchers, and product owners to ensure data requirements are identified, tracked, and integrated into system enhancements. • Support incoming and outgoing data interfaces, including schema design, ETL pipeline development and maintenance, ensuring data quality and data consistency. • Support resolution of data-related user inquiries. • Provide input into backlog prioritization by highlighting data-driven opportunities for system improvements and innovation. • Support compliance with Army and DoD data governance, security, and privacy policies. Requirements: • Active Secret security clearance required • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in enterprise-level data engineering, data architecture, or related fields • Active DoDI 8140 certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+) • Expertise in enterprise database and data warehouse design, query optimization, and performance tuning • Strong problem solving and SQL analysis skills • Proven ability to learn and apply domain knowledge to data transformations and data quality reports • Skilled in process design, modeling, and documentation using DoDAF or similar frameworks • Experience supporting data-centric enterprise systems and integration with multidimensional networks • Familiarity with Agile frameworks, especially SAFe, and experience working in PI cycles and Agile ceremonies • Strong understanding of project management principles and tools to support collaborative team-based delivery Benefits: • Career Development • Work-Life Wellness
Lead full lifecycle implementation of ServiceNow modules, conduct process workshops, configure/customize platform, and manage integrations for complex federal clients. | 10+ years experience with ServiceNow platform including HRSD, IRM, Application Engine, active Secret Clearance, relevant certifications, and federal government implementation experience. | Description: Deliver full implementation life cycle expertise to support the deployment of ServiceNow modules into complex client environments.Conduct Process Engineering workshops to support discovery and requirement refinement prior to the start of integration activities.Develop a strong understanding of the customer’s ServiceNow requirements and related business needs/outcomes.Work with Agile teams and methodologies in a virtual environment.Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand the mission needs of the client and implement those requirements in ServiceNow.Provide technical expertise on all technical questions related to assigned implementation on the ServiceNow platform.Deliver in-progress and final capability demonstrations of ServiceNow implementation to client stakeholders.Implement configurations and customizations for multiple customers.Architect and manage ServiceNow integrations across complex systems and data sources.Create and manage business rules, UI actions, workflows, reports, dashboards, user portals and workspaces.
