The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers and managing vendor relationships to ensure the timely acquisition of quality materials and services. This role requires a strong understanding of expertise in procurement management, inventory control, and logistics. The Purchasing Manager will play a critical role in optimizing supply chain processes, reducing costs, and supporting hotel operations to meet organizational goals.
