Lead architectural design and maintain high-quality, secure code with peer reviews and mentoring. | Bachelor's degree, 10 years experience, and active US government secret clearance. | Benefits: • 401(k) • Competitive salary • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance • Qualifications: • Must possess an ACTIVE US GOVERNMENT SECRET CLEARANCE • Bachelor's Degree • 10 years experience Duties Include: • Lead architectural design ensuring scalability, maintainability, reliability, and open-standard compliance. • Write, test, and maintain clean, efficient, secure source code in Government owned GIT repository. • Conduct and participate in mandatory peer code reviews. • Ensure all code passes automated quality and security scans; remediate all new Blocker, Critical, or High findings prior to task completion. Identify, report, analyze, and execute technical debt remediation as prioritized by Government. • Research, prototype, and mentor team members in emergent technologies including AI/ML, low-code/no-code, and AI-assisted coding tools. Maintain minimum 90% automated test coverage of all new code. • Ensure overall code quality rating of 'A' in SonarQube. • Ensure 90% of individual methods are documented inline in tool-compatible format.
