A day in the life: New Customer Acquisition Proactively pursue new OEM customer opportunities and develop strategic plans to penetrate new accounts and grow market share Conduct prospecting activities like cold calls and networking and collaborating with local channel managers and distribution networks when appropriate Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations and work with local application engineering resources to meet customers' technical needs Account Expansion Strengthen relationships with existing customers to uncover new applications and upselling opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and expand wallet share within current accounts Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address issues to ensure long-term loyalty Sales Strategy & Execution Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and manage them through the sales cycle Achieve or exceed annual sales targets Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to leadership Technical Expertise & Support Coordinate technical resources for customers, highlighting how the customer will benefit from a Lenze solution Stay current on product developments, industry trends, and competitor offerings Support product launches and customer onboarding with hands-on technical guidance Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with product management, engineering, and marketing to align customer needs with company capabilities Document customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities in CRM systems.
