The Director will act as a role model, has accountability for each departmental budget and position control. The director will collaborate with key departments to meet organizational and departmental goals. Works directly with multiple campus dyads and system director of imaging services to optimize performance including volume, efficiency, quality and safety, and patient experience. Has 24-hour, 7 days a week accountability to their assigned hospital campuses. Assumes other roles and responsibilities as directed by the System Director of Imaging Services. Requirements Education:Graduate of JRCERT Accredited or ARRT approved Radiography Program or equivalent. Masters degree in health care administration, MBA or other masters degree in relevant field. Experience:5+ years of management experience in an acute radiology setting. Certification:American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) registered (CNMT or ARDMS if applicable). License:DOH State of Florida General Radiographer license or professional license/certification for a specific specialty or Profession. Other:Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel. The Director collaborates with finance, program, and clinical teams to align budgets and demonstrate measurable outcomes, while cultivating strong relationships with donors, prospects, and funding partners. This role provides leadership and mentorship to grants staff, represents the foundation externally, and contributes to overall fundraising strategy and revenue forecasting. Flexibility and commitment to collaboration with the Chief Development Officer, System Director of Central Development, medical staff, volunteers, and board members are essential.
