Lead and oversee the AP and AR teams, improve processes, and ensure accurate financial operations including reconciliations, month-end close, and audit preparation. | Requires 10+ years in finance/accounting with management experience, proficiency in ERP systems like Netsuite, and GAAP knowledge, which are not reflected in your background. | Great opportunity to lead the AP and AR teams from end to end. This position is 4 days onsite and remote on Fridays Ideal candidate should have the following: • 10 yrs exp and 5 yrs management, • overseeing the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) functions and build out processes • Supervise a team of 6 • review AP/AR teams transactions and create process improvements, • PO's, expense reporting, invoicing/billing, credit memo issuance, and the entire cash application cycle, • AR subledger reconciliations, Collections, • Financial reporting, month-end close procedures for AP and AR, including reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts, • GAAP, Audit prep, • Bachelors in Accounting, Netsuite or ERP, Fast Paced environment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
