We celebrate this cause, our spirit of collaboration, and are looking to bring aboard a self-motivated, highly skilled Digital Marketing Associate as a leader on our team. As the Digital Marketing Associate, your job duties will include: • Support the Digital Marketing Director to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising • Coordinate bi-weekly client meetings and assign follow-up tasks • Create compelling marketing copy for paid ads, landing pages and email campaigns • Measure and report monthly on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, helping clients understand progress towards their communications objectives • Develop documentation and roadmaps for digital marketing processes Qualifications and skills required: • A bachelor’s degree in a related field • 1 – 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns, and SEO/SEM. • Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy (Please submit a portfolio of work). • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Canva • Ability to develop brand-aligned creative assets for digital campaigns (social media, email, web, ads) • Understanding of current design trends and best practices for digital marketing • Strong attention to detail and consistency in visual storytelling • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Facebook Ad Manager and Google Ads) • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and Meltwater is a plus • Strong written and oral communication skills Benefits include: Competitive compensation and benefits. The salary for this position starts at $38,000 and goes up to $51,000. Starting salary will be determined within the posted salary range based on a variety of factors, including the employee’s qualifications and experience, organizational equity and budget.
