Deliver AI-enabled workflow solutions and manage AI enablement backlog while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams. | Requires 5+ years experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with hands-on Generative AI tool use. | Summary Job Summary AI Enablement Business Process Analyst • Deliver AI-enabled productivity and workflow solutions using tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio (Lite), Power Platform, and Google Gemini. • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to intake, shape, and refine AI use cases and prompts. • Manage AI enablement backlog, prioritize work, and define clear acceptance criteria. • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, collaborating with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams. • Document requirements, business rules, risks, dependencies, and change impacts. • Map current business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements. • Design, test, and refine AI prompts and prompt templates; develop and execute prompt evaluation rubrics and test suites. • Create and maintain reusable prompt libraries and patterns for consistent AI outcomes. • Develop user enablement materials (playbooks, training, FAQs) and gather feedback for continuous improvement. • Ensure responsible AI use by following governance, risk, and compliance processes. • Collaborate with technical teams on automation flows and integration points. • Promote a culture of safe experimentation and adoption of AI tools across business operations. • Requires 5+ years experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar, with proven success delivering business-facing technology solutions and hands-on use of Generative AI tools.
