This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment. Location: Houston, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end supply chain transformations for various industries • Assess operating models and identify improvement opportunities • Design future-state supply chain architectures incorporating advanced technologies • Advise on alignment of supply chain modernization with strategic goals • Develop tailored end-to-end supply chain strategies • Lead demand forecasting and planning initiatives • Manage strategic sourcing and category management initiatives Qualifications • 8+ years in supply chain consulting or transformation roles • Experience at Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level in consulting • Expertise in end-to-end supply chain operations • Ability to assess and design scalable operating models • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills • Able to influence and advise senior executives Benefits • Participation in the company’s annual incentive compensation program • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • Access to wellness programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
