Lead strategic and hands-on marketing and communications campaigns across broadcast, digital, and community platforms to grow audience, deepen engagement, and support fundraising. | Requires senior marketing leadership experience with skills in digital strategy, content creation, audience engagement, team management, and community partnership, with in-office presence in Spokane, WA. | The Marketing & Communications Director is responsible for telling the KSPS PBS story across broadcast, digital, and community platforms. This position requires creativity, adaptability, and a commitment to ensuring KSPS PBS’s brand voice reflects the organization’s values of integrity, inclusion, professionalism, and innovation. Job Duties & Responsibilities 1. Audience Growth & Engagement • Grow and diversify audiences across broadcast, Passport, streaming, YouTube, social media, and digital platforms. • Create campaigns that attract younger and more diverse viewers while sustaining loyal long-time supporters. • Design campaigns that connect the excitement of programming with opportunities for community investment and donor support. 2.
