Lead and develop the demand planning, analytics, and process improvement teams within the Inventory & Replenishment department, overseeing projects and implementing best practices. | Minimum 5+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or process improvement, with 5+ years leading teams and 2+ years project management experience, along with strong analytical skills and knowledge of business process re-engineering. | Provide leadership and total management responsibility for the company's Demand Planning function. Direct, develop and lead the analytics and process improvement teams within the Inventory & Replenishment department, and provide oversight for the Replenishment Evolution project.
