About the Role We’re seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Core Portal team, which owns the central platform powering how customers interact with Kodex. This is one of the most visible and impactful teams at the company — everything our customers do runs through the portal. You’ll manage and mentor a growing team of ~8 experienced engineers, partner closely with Product and Design, and set the technical and organizational direction for a critical surface of our business.
