This role focuses on application troubleshooting, user support, and coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders. Qualifications Application Support Analyst Required Skills: • 5+ years' experience in application support and system analysis or related IT roles.• Proficiency in mainframe technologies, including ADABAS database management and NATURAL programming. • Proven ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications and the data workflows that connect them.• Experience supporting enterprise applications and complex data workflows.• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data queries and reporting.• Familiarity with batch processing, job scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M), and data integration processes.• Understanding of incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
