About the Role: The Head of Brand Design / Staff Brand Designer is a strategic, multidisciplinary creative role that will shape how Klarity shows up in the world. You will be responsible for the design and evolution of the Klarity website, the creation of original content (illustration, iconography, motion, and visual storytelling), and the development of marketing assets across all touchpoints from campaigns and video to event design and product storytelling. As we grow, we are seeking a brand designer who not only delivers exceptional work, but continues to raise the bar for creative excellence. This is a unique opportunity to help define the future of the Klarity brand that matches the ambition of our mission. This role blends creative direction with hands-on execution. In this Role, you will: Define and own Klarity’s visual identity. Maintain and contribute to a brand strategy, system, and guidelines that enables consistency and creative flexibility across internal and external communications. Uphold a high craft bar. Leverage visual design principles (shapes, lines, color, whitespace, typography, etc.) to produce effective and aesthetic designs. Execute on a wide range of projects from designing engaging visuals, graphics, and motion designs for print, video, and digital materials, including web presence, social media content, and online marketing campaigns, from concept to execution. Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-impact work that is visually innovative and strategically sound. Measure success by understanding business requirements, identifying design goals, and finding ways to measure success as designs are delivered to end-users. Qualifications: 4+ years of brand design and creative direction experience, including experience with culturally-defining and design-led brands. Expertise leveraging GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini, Figma, Replit, etc. to supercharge efforts. Experience translating complex, technical or business concepts into accessible, compelling narratives and visuals that resonate with senior executives. A portfolio that reflects strong visual, typographic, and strategic thinking across a variety of formats from digital campaigns to brand systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when collaborating cross-functionally or with executive stakeholders. Fluent in hands-on design skills in Figma, Adobe, and emerging AI tools. Demonstrated passion for emerging technologies, and the ability to explore, critique, and push the use of generative AI tools to unlock even greater creativity. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working at a fast-paced startup and/or agencies. Background in motion design, web design, 3D or illustration. This is a high-agency, systems-thinking role that will sit in our AI Value Delivery team. You will design the strategic operating infrastructure, mechanisms, processes & reporting that power customer onboarding and value realization. Your work multiplies the impact of our AI Delivery Leads and AI Solutions Specialists by building and evolving the strategy, visibility, structure and process designs they need to deliver exceptional outcomes at scale. Think of this role as the Operational Architect for Klarity’s Value Realization engine. What you'll own: Customer Journey Architecture & Measurement Systems Define and maintain Klarity’s customer journey stages, event taxonomies, and lifecycle logic for each persona. Operationalize core metrics including Time-to-Value (TTVR), Implementation Health Index (IHI), and Customer Health Index (CHI). Design canonical journey infrastructure and measurement systems for journey events, stage transitions, account summaries, and play triggers. Optimization, Process Architecture & Scalable Leverage Drive our strategy portfolio focused on reducing variability and hours across value realization by standardizing playbooks and operating cadences. Identify bottlenecks and prototype high-leverage improvements across people, process, data, and tooling. Partner with Product to turn repeatable implementation patterns into productized workflows.
