This role involves full-cycle handling of both residential and commercial property claims, from initial inspection to resolution. You’ll assess damage on-site, interpret policy coverage, and negotiate settlements while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and efficient claims management. Key Responsibilities: • Investigate property damage claims in-person across assigned areas, handling a variety of residential and commercial cases. • Prepare and deliver accurate damage estimates using Xactimate. • Evaluate coverage and draft detailed correspondence outlining coverage positions. • Collaborate with policyholders, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication throughout the claims process. • Address property coverage inquiries with confidence and clarity. • Identify opportunities for subrogation, loss control, and cost-saving measures. • Ensure claims are resolved efficiently and within company guidelines. • Keep stakeholders updated through detailed status reports and documentation. • Uphold superior customer service and adhere to departmental best practices at all times. Qualifications: • 5 - 10+ years of experience handling property claims in the field. • Direct experience as a staff adjuster with an insurance carrier is required. • Strong command of Xactimate estimating software. • Solid knowledge of property insurance forms and coverages. • Massachusetts residency is a must. • Commercial claims experience is a plus. • Exceptional organization, communication, and decision-making skills. • Bachelor’s degree is a bonus but not a requirement. Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate Auto Bodily Injury claims including managing litigation exposure and mentoring junior adjusters. | 5+ years handling Personal Auto Bodily Injury claims, experience with litigated files, active adjuster license preferred, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with claims systems. | Our client is looking to add an Auto Bodily Injury Claims Examiner to their Tennessee team. This role plays a vital part in managing complex Auto Bodily Injury claims, specifically within the Non-Standard auto market. The position offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work and includes full benefits while on assignment. This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity, with the strong potential to convert to a permanent role within 90 days. Key Responsibilities • Investigate and evaluate Auto Bodily Injury claims to determine liability and assess damages. • Conduct thorough reviews of accident details, coverage, and injury documentation, including medical records, police reports, and witness statements. • Negotiate fair and timely settlements, manage litigation exposure, and collaborate with defense counsel when necessary. • Provide recommendations on coverage issues and participate in continuous improvement of internal claims handling standards. • Maintain detailed documentation within the claims management system, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. • Support and mentor less experienced adjusters by sharing technical guidance and best practices on complex claims. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience handling Personal Auto Bodily Injury claims • Must be well versed in handling attorney repped and litigated files • Active Adjuster License strongly preferred. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a solid track record of resolving claims efficiently. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex claim scenarios. • Familiarity with claims systems (e.g., Guidewire, ClaimCenter) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Salary & Benefits: • $33.00/hr to $40.00/hr (Depending on Experience) • Flex schedule and ability to work remotely • Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k benefits while on assignment • Ability to convert to a full-time employee within 90 days
