Requirements 1–5 years of experience in heavy civil, airport, or concrete paving construction (internship experience considered). Exposure to FAA or DOT project requirements preferred. Working knowledge of construction scheduling, documentation, and field coordination. Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders. Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Dallas–Fort Worth area. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.
