Teach gymnastics skills safely to children during evenings and weekends while communicating effectively with students and their families. | Previous gymnastics or cheer experience preferred but not required, strong communication skills, physical fitness, and ability to work with children. | Position Overview: We are looking to add a gymnastics coach available to teach evenings and weekends! Key Responsibilities: • The ability to work with demonstrated passion, energy, and pride. • The ability to communicate clearly and positively with both adults and kids. • The ability to teach gymnastics skills to children! • The ability to teach safely • Gymnastics or cheer experience preferred- but not required Requirements: • Experience: Previous experience as a Gym/Cheer Instructor is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with various gymnastics and teaching techniques for all age groups. • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively instruct, give feedback, and interact with students and their families. • Patience and Adaptability: Ability to work with students of varying ages and abilities, tailoring lessons to suit individual needs while maintaining patience and enthusiasm. • Physical fitness: Ability to demonstrate gym techniques, maintain energy for teaching, and be physically capable of spotting when needed. Working Conditions: • Indoor environment. • May require working evenings and weekends based on scheduling needs. • Ability to stand and instruct for extended periods. Why Join Us?
