Our Sr Director of Product Management develops and directs product programs for a significant product or product category, compiling and evaluating research on market requirements and identifying enhancements to current features and functionality. This role establishes marketing strategies, including product direction, advertising, packaging, pricing, and future product development to manage a product or product category’s life cycle. This leadership role provides direction through other people managers, with accountability for the performance and results of a division or region. The role executes business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategy, with decisions guided by functional or major operational segment strategy and priorities. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic product roadmaps that align with the organization’s vision and market demands • Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, informing strategic product decisions • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage expectations • Oversee the product lifecycle, including planning, execution, and post-launch support, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction • Drive product innovation by fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making • Manage product budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance to ensure profitability and sustainability • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to understand their needs and drive product success • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize product offerings • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a focus on risk management and quality assurance Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences: • 12+ years of product management experience, including leading and developing product teams • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Scrum • Advanced knowledge of product lifecycle management and roadmap development • Proven ability to set and execute product strategies aligned with business goals, delivering measurable outcomes • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership • Data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging product metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to inform decisions • Strong understanding of software development principles, best practices, and experience with market research and competitive analysis techniques • Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in complex, fast-paced environments • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture • Exceptional communication skills, with ability to drive product innovation and strategic decision-making • Commitment to quality assurance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across product operations Location: Virtual / Remote Travel: As needed Pay range for this position is $120,075 – $160,100 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location. Kelly’s, Services Procurement Supervisor manages day-to-day transactions and/or MSP services procurement space, has accountability for the performance and results of a team of up to 3 team members, adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Decisions and problem solving are guided by policies, procedures and department plan; receives guidance from manager. • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience. • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, aligning with organizational objectives. • Oversee the implementation of supply chain technologies and systems to improve data accuracy, visibility, and decision-making. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals and financial targets. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement. • Manage budgets for supply chain operations, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and financial accountability. • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the supply chain team, promoting best practices and industry standards. Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences: • 3+ Years of experience in services procurement, supply chain, or similar role • Advanced proficiency in or knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically SAP or Oracle, for managing supply chain operations. • Knowledge of strategic sourcing and contract management software, such as Coupa or Ariba, for vendor management and procurement. Base pay range for this position is $61,575– $82,100 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
