Departmental Specific Summary The Project Manager provides a wide range of project management and operational support and assists in the administration and coordination of a variety of project management functions including planning, budgeting, organizing, research and delivery of services. Assignments may be with existing departments or entities within USC Health, organizations that are part of due diligence process with USC Health, or organizations that USC Health is building a relationship with. Essential Duties Project Management: Oversees and administers project functions such as planning, organizing, coordination, and implementing activities to meet objectives. Responsible for organizing multiple tasks with conflicting priorities, delivering the desired results on or below budget and successfully meeting deadlines. Responsible for the preparation of accurate program descriptions budgets and schedules. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members Business Analysis: Analyzes information/situations, defining problems, articulating logical recommendations and recognizing alternatives and their implications. Oversees the timely and accurate production of the reports and formulation of recommendations/researches on subjects as assigned. Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Work closely with acquired or partnered or affiliated hospitals, ambulatory facilities and physician practices to expand existing Keck Medicine clinical programs, develop new clinical programs as needed and facilitate integrated multidisciplinary programs across the Keck Medicine provider network Develop and maintain effective relations with widely diverse groups such as staff members, faculty and executive leaders on a variety of complex issues and administrative tasks. Establish constructive working relationships with members of departmental staff by performing duties in a cooperative and helpful manner. Communicates clearly in conveying complex problems and proposals in both formal and informal settings. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Req High school or equivalent Req Bachelor's degree In a related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for Bachelor's Degree. Req 4 years Experience of directly related project management or administrative experience Req Demonstrated experience in organizing and defining tasks, setting priorities, working independently, and following through with minimal direction in order to perform effectively under conditions of frequent interruptions, fluctuating workloads, and conflicting time demands. Req Demonstrated ability to handle confidential material with discretion. Req Communicate effectively and diplomatically with a wide variety of constituents to include: physicians, staff and executive stakeholders Req Advanced skill in computer programs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. required. The annual base salary range for this position is $84,365.00 - $138,330.00. Develop and execute CRM and email marketing strategies to drive consumer engagement and retention. | Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years experience in CRM/email marketing with skills in campaign management, analytics, and marketing technology. | The CRM and Email Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, execution and measurement of our CRM and Email Marketing efforts. This role will leverage data-driven analytics to develop and implement strategies and journeys to drive acquisition and retention of our core consumer segments. They will partner on our capabilities and processes to deliver personalized campaigns across touchpoints of the consumer, customer and patient experience. Essential Duties: • Drive strategy, execution, and performance of consumer/customer engagement for CRM marketing program, including acquisition, activation, and retention. • Develop and execute CRM and email marketing roadmap, segmentation, and content planning across consumer and audience segments. • Manage distribution of all email sends against a planned editorial calendar and learning agenda that includes A/B testing of content, layout and design. • Support the development of a digital measurement framework and track performance against CRM KPIs. • Uses data-mining techniques and analytic capabilities to develop segmentation strategies. • Define emerging trends of customers and the marketplace to identify new opportunities for Keck Medicine of USC and innovation in CRM. Deliver recommendations and serve as a subject matter expert on CRM approach tools, marketplace trends, list pulls, testing environments and CRM standard methodologies. • Performs other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: • Req Bachelor's degree Marketing Degree in Marketing, Technology, Science or related • Req 3 years 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, direct marketing, database marketing, and/or lifecycle marketing • Req Experience with the entire process of automated outbound and inbound marketing (e.g., lead scoring/nurturing/routing, campaign development and management, landing page and form building and optimization, and reporting/analytics). • Req Demonstrated experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, direct marketing, database marketing, and/or lifecycle marketing • Req Experience with InDesign, Canva, or other design software a plus; HTML and CMS experience (WordPress) a plus. • Req Experience using CRM/engagement marketing technology, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to drive business results, including CRM databases. • Req Knowledge of customer segmentation techniques, persona development, and lifecycle management • Req Experience in marketing analytics and analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure how CRM is contributing toward business goals • Req Ability to work collaboratively with both external vendors and agencies as well as internal Marketing and IT teams • Req Knowledge of customer segmentation techniques, persona development, and lifecycle management • Req Ability to give creative direction for both visual design and copy that results in engaging and on-brand deliverables • Req Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and time management with on-time delivery is critical to success • Req Passion for translating data analytics into action-oriented growth strategies • Req Collaborative, positive team player with excellent communication, writing and verbal skills as well as being highly analytical.
