Our Site based in Garland (Texas), is currently looking for Production Supervisor – Chemical Manufacturing (Making Department) As a Production Supervisor in our Making Department, you will lead daily operations on high-volume production lines within a chemical manufacturing environment. You will ensure that production goals, safety standards, and quality requirements are consistently met. This role involves coordinating teams, managing schedules, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to optimize manufacturing performance. Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets. • Ensure proper material availability, equipment readiness, and schedule execution in collaboration with Planning and Supply Chain teams. • Monitor key production metrics (e.g., OEE, KPIs) and generate shift reports. • Identify and resolve production issues, proposing schedule or process improvements when needed. • Enforce compliance with safety protocols, PPE usage, and company policies. • Support inventory control and material handling processes using FIFO principles and SAP. • Foster a positive team environment and support employee development and performance Experience: • Minimum 4 years of experience in production or manufacturing supervision. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment. Education: • Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering discipline preferred: Industrial, Mechanical, or related). Specific Knowledge: • High-volume manufacturing processes • Chemical production operations • SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency • FIFO systems and material handling • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Join US!
