Manage HR systems, payroll, and benefits administration to support data-driven decision-making and ensure compliance. | Bachelor's degree and 3+ years HR analyst experience with advanced Excel and ADP proficiency required. | Position Summary: The HR Analyst plays a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across Human Resources functions, including compensation, payroll, benefits, and HR analytics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and experienced in HR systems, with a strong commitment to data integrity, confidentiality, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities HR Data & Systems Management * Perform regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and regulations. * Monitor and improve data integrity across HR systems and reporting tools. * Support system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements. Payroll & Compensation Support * Partner with Payroll to support accurate and timely processing, including auditing payroll data and resolving discrepancies. * Assist in compensation data management, including salary changes, bonus tracking, and compliance with pay policies. * Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to pay, timekeeping, and deductions. * Support year-end processes such as audits and reporting. Benefits Administration & Support * Support benefits administration, including data entry, audits, and employee communications. * Assist with open enrollment planning, reporting, and post-enrollment analysis. * Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits plans, eligibility, and changes. * Support retirement plan administration and other employee programs (e.g., wellness, tuition reimbursement). Compliance & Process Improvement * Ensure HR processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies. * Participate in audits and support documentation requirements. * Develop and document standard operating procedures and best practices. Qualifications: * 3+ years of HR Analyst experience. * High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience with ADP or similar systems preferred. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, conditional formatting, and data visualization. * Experience creating and auditing employee records and payroll and benefits reports for compliance and accuracy. * Ability to analyze large datasets and present findings in clear, actionable formats. * Familiarity with Excel-based automation and report-building best practices. Provide strategic HR support and advice to employees and management, managing employee relations and aligning HR initiatives with business goals. | Requires 8+ years HR generalist experience, bachelor's degree, and preferred HR certifications. | Position Summary: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as both a strategic advisor and hands‑on HR generalist, providing day‑to‑day support to employees and management within assigned client groups. This role is on‑site and partners closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives while also delivering tactical HR support in areas such as employee relations, policy interpretation, ADA interactive discussions, and HR compliance. The HRBP ensures a consistent, responsive, and employee‑focused experience while advancing broader organizational priorities. Key Responsibilities: * Provide daily HR support to assigned client groups and employees. * Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, including HR policies, benefits, payroll, FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, ADA, and general employee relations questions. * Respond to employee and manager emails, ensuring timely and accurate support. * Manage and resolve employee relations matters; conduct fair, thorough, and well‑documented investigations as needed. * Maintain working knowledge of employment laws and internal policies to ensure compliance and reduce risk. * Consult with employees and management, providing HR guidance on performance management, policy interpretation, org changes, and employee development. * Analyze HR trends and partner with HR leadership to recommend improvements, programs, and initiatives. * Partner with leaders to identify training needs, workforce planning considerations, and succession planning opportunities. * Provide performance management guidance including coaching, corrective action, and development planning. * Support new hire, promotion, and transfer processes, including recommendations on job offers, compensation placement, and alignment with organizational policies. * Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure consistent execution of HR processes and programs. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Minimum of 8 years of HR Generalist experience with demonstrated strength in employee relations, policy guidance, and day‑to‑day HR support. * Experience conducting or supporting ADA interactive processes, employee relations investigations, or HR compliance matters preferred. * Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills * Exceptional organization, accuracy, and attention to detail. * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver timely support in a fast‑paced environment. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common HR/HRIS tools. * Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field. * SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certified as well as SPHR. Physical Requirements: * Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions. * Stationary Position – Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time. * Move or Traverse – This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc. May occasionally ascends/descends the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria and parking area. * Dexterity – constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine/printer. * Move, Transport, Position, Put, Install, Remove - Occasionally moves supplies weighing up to 10 pounds for various presentation and event needs. * Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information - The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
