Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives using advanced analytics tools and collaborate cross-functionally to influence HR strategy. | Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years HR experience, strong analytics skills including Workday, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively. | Only Local and W2 Candidate Requirement • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics or a related field • 5–8 years of progressive experience in workforce planning, HR strategy, or talent management • Strong understanding of workforce analytics tools (e.g., Workday, SAP) • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to influence across levels and collaborate cross-functionally. • Basic understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL for data querying and management, • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
