Support attorneys with litigation preparation, legal research, and case management tasks. | Requires 3+ years employment litigation experience including PAGA, strong legal tech skills, and certification. | Kaufman Dolowich is a full-service National Law firm with more than 250 attorneys across 16 offices and over 25 practice areas. We are actively seeking a Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to work directly with our attorneys to prepare for upcoming cases and get involved in fact-finding projects. Responsibilities • Partner with attorneys to develop legal arguments, motions, and key case filings • Conduct in-depth research and analyzing case materials to support litigation strategy • Draft and manage discovery, including Requests for Production, Interrogatories, and Requests for Admissions • Prepare trial and arbitration binders, organizing exhibits, and supporting deposition preparation • Review and manage document productions, including redaction and Bates stamping • Draft preservation of evidence and document request letters • Coordinate medical record collection, process HIPAA authorizations, and summarize records for case use • Support overall case management and contribute to a high-performing legal team • Other duties, as needed, to support the firm and office operations Qualifications • 3+ years of Employment Litigation experience, including PAGA matters • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills • A certification from organizations such as American Bar Association, National Association of Legal Assistants, or American Alliance of Paralegals • Experience with legal technology such as NetDocuments and Westlaw • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to analyze legal documents with accuracy • A proactive mindset with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive, team-focused attitude Why Join Kaufman Dolowich? • Competitive compensation packages along with performance and billable hour-based bonus programs • Comprehensive benefits offerings • Uncapped professional development opportunities • Dynamic, team-oriented, on-site working environment with open communication and suppory Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and does not guarantee a specific offer. This highly visible role partners with firm leadership and practice groups to drive strategic growth, strengthen client relationships, and elevate the firm's market presence across key industries.
