Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a thorough understanding of property management practices. This role requires effective communication with tenants, vendors, and staff. Duties • Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. • Handle tenant inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. • Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee repairs to ensure timely completion, Etc. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years experience in property management. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. • Proficiency in office tasks including data entry, file management, and contract administration.. • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact positively with tenants and vendors. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
