Plan and execute infrastructure changes, upgrades, and cloud migrations, performing implementation work directly when needed, on time and within budget. Develop and maintain disaster recovery, business continuity, and backup strategies to protect company and client data. Establish and enforce cloud and network security best practices, including access controls, monitoring, patching, and incident response. Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with technology vendors, MSPs, and service providers, coordinating directly on technical matters as needed. Maintain network administration standards across on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring reliability and minimal downtime. Document IT policies, procedures, infrastructure changes, and network architecture to support continuity and knowledge transfer. Partner with company leadership on IT budgeting, staffing plans, and organizational structure as the company evolves.
