About the Role The Field Marketing Manager, Surgical will lead execution of strategic marketing initiatives to support product launches, drive revenue growth, and increase market share across the Eastern U.S. This role partners closely with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver impactful field programs, enhance customer engagement, and support the Surgical portfolio (Laparoscopic, Orthopedic, Pediatric, Thoracic, and related specialties).
