This role is responsible for managing field crews, coordinating daily activities, ensuring code compliance, and delivering high-quality work on schedule. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily plumbing operations on commercial projects, including hospitals, schools, multifamily, industrial, and retail. • Lead, mentor, and manage plumbing crews and subcontractors on site. • Interpret drawings, specifications, and plumbing schematics to ensure proper installation. • Coordinate with GCs, other MEP trades, and internal project teams to maintain workflow. • Oversee installation of domestic water, sanitary, storm, gas piping, fixtures, equipment, and related systems. • Conduct site walks, quality inspections, and ensure adherence to local plumbing codes and safety policies. • Manage material planning, deliveries, and equipment requirements to keep the project on schedule. • Troubleshoot field issues and provide technical guidance to crew members. • Track manpower, daily progress, and communicate updates to Project Managers. • Support testing, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout.
