Manage monthly accounting and NAV processes for hedge fund of funds, including financial reporting, audits, and coordination with service providers. | 7+ years of hedge fund accounting experience, bachelor's degree in accounting, strong technical accounting and communication skills. | JOB DESCRIPTION The Hedge Fund Solutions team within Alternatives Controllers Group is seeking an experienced Fund of Funds Controller to assist with NAV process oversight, financial management, accounting and reporting for the global complex. Job Summary As a Fund Controller, you will work closely with an experienced group of professionals while being involved in all aspects of financial reporting, accounting, tax, internal controls and oversight over service providers. The Hedge Fund Solutions team supports the JPMorgan Alternative Asset Management business that has $38 billion in assets and includes customized portfolios, fund of hedge funds, private credit and single manager portfolios. You will own core functional responsibilities and participate in more tactical and strategic initiatives working with senior leadership. Job Responsibilities • Manage the monthly accounting process and oversee the fund administrator’s net asset value computation • Prepare and review monthly accounting packages and performance reports for customized portfolios including management fee and incentive fee calculations • Coordinate data flow and reconciliation process between JPMAAM, clients, custodians, administrators and trustees • Reconcile cash, portfolios holdings and trade activity (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, side pocket activity) • Coordinated annual audit and tax process • Work with various internal teams on new product launches and technology initiatives • 7 or more years of hedge fund of fund, private credit funds experience • Strong technical accounting skills • A thorough understanding of hedge fund accounting, financial & tax reporting and fund administration • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to interact with all levels of the organization • Strong problem solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities • Team player, highly motivated, self-starter with strong organizational/multi-tasking skill • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technical environment • Bachelor’s degree in accounting Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills • 7 or more years of hedge fund of fund, private credit funds experience • Strong technical accounting skills • A thorough understanding of hedge fund accounting, financial & tax reporting and fund administration • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to interact with all levels of the organization • Strong problem solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities • Team player, highly motivated, self-starter with strong organizational/multi-tasking skill • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technical environment • Bachelor’s degree in accounting Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills • CPA

As the HBCU Strategy Director, you will drive innovation and collaboration across the organization, ensuring the firm’s engagement with HBCUs is strategic, impactful, and aligned with broader business objectives. You will coordinate efforts across hiring, community and employee engagement, and capacity building, leveraging data-driven frameworks and scorecards to maximize the firm’s impact and return on investment. Job Responsibilities • Lead the centralized strategy for HBCU engagement, ensuring alignment with the firm’s business-led impact strategy and the Office of Black Affairs mission. • Balance four main objectives: supporting JPMC’s balance sheet, stakeholder satisfaction and reputation building, talent strategy, and regional economic development. • Develop and implement frameworks and scorecards to assess and rank HBCU partnerships based on commercial, influence, talent, and economic development metrics. • Oversee the categorization of HBCUs for engagement and ensure resources are mobilized appropriately for each category. • Build and maintain strong relationships with HBCU leadership, alumni, and external partners to strengthen the firm’s reputation and credibility within the HBCU ecosystem. • Partner with internal stakeholders (HR, DOI, CR, LOBs) to coordinate planning, share insights, and align on strategy execution. • Facilitate regular touchpoints and communication with HBCU senior leadership to set partnership expectations and measure outcomes. • Work with Corporate Communications to develop and implement impact-led messaging strategies. • Design and deploy a menu of engagement tactics tailored to the needs of each HBCU, including hiring initiatives, community and employee engagement, and capacity building programs. • Create and manage a global playbook for HBCU engagement, enabling both firmwide consistency and regional customization. • Benchmark performance against key implementation targets and goals, ensuring accountability and integration with other Advancing Black Pathways pillars. • Utilize institutional health scores and market dynamics to inform engagement strategies and calibrate efforts for maximum impact. • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and to guide future strategy refinement. • Promote a strong controls environment by adhering to risk/control expectations, procedures, and processes. • Mitigate potential risks, including perceptions of unfair advantage and stakeholder noise, by ensuring transparency and fairness in strategy execution. • Foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and pride across the organization. • Drive collaboration across pillars and teams, serving as a partner, leader, and team player.
