This position plays a vital role in ensuring the highest level of guest service and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality that inspires the team and enhances the guest experience. Key Responsibilities • Execute and maintain high-quality standards and consistency of food, beverage, and service • Support and lead team members in daily operations • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care • Assist with hiring, training, and coaching staff in accordance with company policies • Communicate effectively with management to maintain systems, policies, and procedures Qualifications • Must be at least 21 years of age • Current Louisiana Responsible Vendor Card required • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry (lead or supervisory experience preferred) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Weekend and holiday availability required.
