You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations, cost efficiency, and compliance. Key Responsibilities • Manage fleet operations, including vehicle ordering, allocation, maintenance, and lifecycle management • Oversee vendor management and ensure service-level compliance and contract adherence • Monitor safety, compliance, and risk management across fleet operations • Analyze fleet data, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive cost savings and efficiency • Support budgeting, invoice review, and financial reporting for fleet expenses • Assist with fleet programs, policy updates, and system improvements Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in fleet management, automotive operations, or transportation logistics • Strong experience with vendor management and operational budgets • Knowledge of safety programs, compliance standards, and risk management • Experience in financial reporting, invoice review, and cost control • Familiarity with fleet systems, vehicle manufacturers, and operational tools • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Compensation (MA Pay Transparency): • Estimated hourly range: $60-$70/hr (W-2). • Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
