Lead all aspects of customer lifecycle marketing to enhance customer lifetime value. Oversee retention efforts across various channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that increase order frequency and average order value. | The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, particularly in a subscription-based CPG brand. They should be data-driven and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment. | Mission: Grow lifetime value of Javvy’s customers What you’ll do: Lead all aspects of customer lifecycle marketing with the primary goal of building lifetime value of customers acquired on Shopify & marketplaces. Oversee all retention efforts across owned and paid channels including but not limited to subscriptions, email, SMS, eCommerce marketplaces, Amazon, paid ads, offline, and website. Responsible for managing at least one direct report dedicated to tactical execution on retention channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Growth, Customer Experience, and Operations to ensure alignment across the business. Be a champion of initiatives that drive up order frequency, AOV and ultimately help us derive more value from every customer. Oversee and perform customer segmentation analytics (behavioral, attitudinal, demographic) and formulate a strategy and implement tactics to grow LTV through subscription portal optimization, product/brand experience improvements, cross sell, winback initiatives, etc. Develop creative assets for retention campaigns, working alongside the content and design team members. Ideal Candidate Profile: ● Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing within a digitally native, consumables brand. ● Prior experience leading subscription retention and loyalty at a high-growth, subscription-based CPG brand. ● Experience working within Shopify, Email, SMS & Subscription tech platforms. ● Data-driven individual with a strong background tracking, reporting, analyzing campaign performance. ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean environment. ● Ability to operate autonomously without a great deal of hand-holding. Lead and optimize company-wide supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and operational functions to drive growth and efficiency in a high-growth CPG environment. | 10+ years senior operations leadership in CPG (food/beverage), expertise in DTC and retail channels, strong supply chain and logistics management, data-driven decision making, and ability to build scalable systems. | The Opportunity As Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO, leading the operational vision and execution that fuels Javvy’s next stage of growth. You’ll own the design, optimization, and performance of the company’s entire supply chain and operational ecosystem—from sourcing and manufacturing through fulfillment, retail execution, and continuous improvement. This role requires a proven operations leader who can operate at both 5,000 feet and five inches off the ground—capable of setting strategy while diving into the details to ensure flawless execution. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of leadership experience within high-growth CPG environments, with a strong background in both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and retail channels. You’ll report directly to the CEO and be part of the executive leadership team, shaping company strategy, building scalable infrastructure, and driving efficiency and profitability across all operational functions. What You’ll Own Strategic Operations Leadership Develop and execute a long-term operations strategy aligned with Javvy’s growth goals across DTC, retail, and new channel expansion. Build a scalable operating model that balances speed, flexibility, and margin optimization. Partner with the CEO and executive team to translate company vision into measurable operational plans and KPIs. Evaluate and implement systems, automation, and structure to support rapid growth without sacrificing quality or efficiency. Supply Chain & Manufacturing Oversee end-to-end supply chain strategy, from procurement and co-manufacturing to logistics and final-mile fulfillment. Build and strengthen vendor relationships to ensure quality, capacity, and continuity of supply. Drive long-term sourcing strategies that reduce costs, improve quality, and mitigate risk through diversification and redundancy. Lead production planning and operational readiness for all launches, ensuring speed to market and flawless execution. Logistics, Fulfillment & Retail Execution Lead all 3PL and logistics partnerships, ensuring performance excellence, cost control, and scalability. Develop best-in-class fulfillment strategies across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels to ensure OTIF delivery and high customer satisfaction. Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless retail execution, display success, and distribution reliability. Build processes to support expansion into additional retail, distributor, and wholesale accounts. Financial & Performance Accountability Own operational P&L drivers including COGS, logistics efficiency, and gross margin performance. Establish and manage KPIs for cost control, inventory turns, fill rates, and service levels. Identify opportunities for cost savings, process optimization, and working capital improvements. Drive continuous improvement and margin expansion through disciplined financial management and operational excellence. Systems, Data & Continuous Improvement Champion the integration of data, analytics, and systems (e.g., NetSuite) to enhance visibility and decision-making across the organization. Lead implementation of SOPs, dashboards, and performance tools to drive accountability and transparency. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement rooted in data and outcomes. Leadership & Culture Build and lead a high-performing operations organization that is agile, accountable, and aligned to company goals. Mentor and develop future operational leaders capable of scaling with the business. Champion Javvy’s values and cultivate a culture of speed, ownership, and excellence. Represent Operations as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to company-wide strategic decisions. You’re a Fit If… Have 10+ years of senior operations leadership experience in CPG, preferably in food or beverage, with both DTC and retail channel expertise. Are both strategic and hands-on, capable of building scalable systems while managing day-to-day operational performance. Excel in fast-paced, high-growth environments with complex supply chains and high executional standards. Lead with data, KPIs, and continuous improvement—driving decisions through metrics, not anecdotes. You think like an owner—accountable, proactive, and driven by results. You have deep experience leading 3PLs, logistics networks, and manufacturing partners with clear SLA accountability. You move fast, fix problems permanently, and build processes that scale.
