Position Summary: The General Manager (Integrator) is the "glue" that holds the organization together. This individual will be responsible for running all the daily operations of the company utilizing a strong management team already in place. You will also partner directly with the Owner (Visionary) to translate big-picture ideas into executable business plans. You will be responsible for leading, managing, and holding the leadership team accountable (LMA) while ensuring all departments-Accounting, Marketing, Sales, and Production-are synchronized and meeting their metrics. We need a tech-savvy, data-driven leader who can execute on repeatable, trackable, and scalable processes. What You'll Do: • Direct Oversight: Lead and mentor the Leadership Team, including the heads of Accounting, Marketing, Sales, and Operations/Production. • Metric Management: Ensure every department is managed by the numbers, utilizing CRMs and Excel to track performance against KPI's. • Conflict Resolution: Identify and solve problems in a healthy, practical manner, ensuring the leadership team and all departments remains cohesive and functional. • EOS Ownership: Take full ownership of the company's operating system (EOS), ensuring core processes are followed consistently across the board. • Departmental Alignment: Harmonize the lead generation from Marketing with a disciplined Sales team and a high-efficiency Production department to eliminate any bottlenecks. • The "Filter": Act as the filter for the Visionary's ideas. • Profitability Scaling: Execute the business plan to achieve profitability. • Succession Readiness: Build a self-sustaining operation • Build a strong culture based around the company's CORE VALUES What We're Looking For: • Experience: Proven track record in a General Manager, COO, or Integrator role, preferably within the construction, remodeling, or home services industry. • EOS Familiarity: Deep understanding of the Entrepreneurial Operating System(EOS) and the "Rocket Fuel" dynamic. • Technical Savvy: Expert-level proficiency in Excel and modern CRMs; ability to build and interpret data-driven reports. • Leadership Style: Professional, high-energy, and non-antagonistic. You must be comfortable being the "bad guy" when necessary to protect the company's standards. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
