Qualified candidates will have most (if not all) of the following skills and experience: • 3 years of Installation and Integration experience with Paint Finishing Systems, or 3 years of similar Process Engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related BS degree) • Recent and relevant experience managing Industrial Construction, Industrial Ventilation, or Automotive Paint Finishing Installation Projects or closely related galvanizing, plating, aluminizing or equivalent project. • Experience controlling projects to achieve minimal manufacturing costs and schedule targets. • Excellent technical communication skills for working with customers, labor, and staff. • Excellent skills with scheduling, time management, and deadlines. Experience with MS Project required. • Solid skills with leading teams, tracking project schedule, milestones, etc. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings including electrical and structural drawings. • Must be able to technically define problems and propose solutions • Must be willing to travel up to 50% overnight when needed. • Must be able to work in the US and complete standard background, reference, drug screen, etc.
