In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing robust Business-to-Business competitive intelligence programs, enabling competitive intelligence platforms across the enterprise, and leading a dedicated team of analysts to drive actionable strategic recommendations. As a pivotal member of the Global Marketing team, you will develop and manage competitive intelligence initiatives that deliver critical insights to guide strategic decision-making, fuel growth, and identify emerging market threats and opportunities. What You'll Do In this role, you will: • Lead the entire enterprise competitive intelligence lifecycle and a team of analysts to define programmatic offerings, manage research platforms, oversee primary and secondary data collection, and synthesize advanced analytics into clear, impactful business recommendations. • Partner closely with senior leadership and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across assigned business units-including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Strategy-to optimize product development against competitor offerings and enhance Go-To-Market strategies. • Mature and ensure compliance with the Competitive Intelligence function's operational standards, processes, and policies to effectively scale capabilities, optimize organizational efficiency, and drive the enterprise-wide adoption of competitive intelligence platforms. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have: • 5+ years of progressive experience in a Business-to-Business competitive intelligence, market intelligence, strategy, or similar analytical role within a complex enterprise or a leading market research agency. • Strong knowledge of best-practice Business-to-Business competitive intelligence methodologies (both qualitative and quantitative), competitive intelligence techniques utilizing Artificial Intelligence, and enterprise competitive intelligence platforms (such as Contify, Crayon, Klue, or Alphasense). • Proven ability in executive-level consulting, advisory skills, conceptual thinking, and handling ambiguity, with a track record of translating complex competitive data into practical, data-backed strategic recommendations. • A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in business, marketing, market research, economics, or a related field; a professional market research or competitive intelligence certification (such as Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals) is highly preferred. In this dual-impact role, you will be the architect of our enterprise transportation strategy, managing both our internal commercial private fleet and our external third-party logistics (3PL) network. You will join a high-impact team that acts as the organization's market "sensor," providing critical pricing and capacity insights while ensuring our entire logistics ecosystem-from leased trucks to global ocean freight-remains cost-effective, resilient, and ready to scale. What You'll Bring: • Proven Experience: Extensive procurement and category management experience supporting large-scale, multi-region logistics and commercial private fleets (Fortune 500-level preferred). • Deep Domain Expertise: Mastery of fleet programs (leasing, maintenance, routing tech) combined with 3PL expertise (parcel, brokerage, intermodal, and international freight). • Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of delivering sustainable, repeatable value. You should have the executive presence to present complex value-realization strategies to senior leadership. • Technical & Analytical Proficiency: Data-driven mindset familiar with fleet KPIs, DOT considerations, and transportation tools such as TMS, parcel analytics, and freight audit platforms. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (CPSM, CIPS, CSCMP/SCPro) are highly preferred.
