Support execution-heavy treasury and finance initiatives by translating high-level goals into clear requirements and driving delivery. | Requires 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments, with strong cross-functional and technical skills, especially in systems and data. | Senior Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst (Execution-Focused) Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst to support execution-heavy work across multiple Treasury/Finance initiatives, including systems, data, AI (including Quantum + AI), and workflow automation. This role is hands-on and delivery-oriented, focused on converting ambiguity into clear requirements and driving execution to completion under direction from internal leads. Location • Preferred: Santa Clara, CA • Also acceptable: US-based remote Core Responsibilities (Cross-Portfolio) • Drive business requirements from intake through sign-off across multiple initiative types (systems, data, AI, workflows) • Translate high-level goals into clear, actionable artifacts, such as: • BRDs / PRDs (lightweight), user stories, acceptance criteria • process maps (current/future state), swim lanes, control points • data requirements: definitions, mappings, lineage notes, quality checks • Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate workshops, capture decisions, and document outcomes • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and traceable through build/testing • Support execution governance: status tracking, RAID logs, dependency tracking, action-item follow-ups • Maintain high-quality documentation and knowledge transfer to reduce single-firm dependency Systems / Implementation Support (As Needed) • Support system delivery activities such as test planning, UAT coordination, defect triage, and release readiness • Where relevant, help translate process requirements into system configuration requirements and validate outcomes Required Profile • 7+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst in complex cross-functional environments • Strong critical thinking and ability to turn ambiguity into structured deliverables and next steps • Proactive and self-driven: anticipates needs, flags risks early, and drives closure without constant oversight • Demonstrated ability to work across business process + data + systems simultaneously • Strong written communication and documentation discipline • Comfortable operating in a client-directed execution model (clear direction provided; you drive delivery) Nice to Have • Hands-on experience with ERP and Treasury Management Systems (TMS) • Kyriba implementation experience (functional requirements, configuration translation, testing/UAT support) • Familiarity with data platforms and analytics workflows (e.g., data pipelines, data models, reporting) • Experience supporting data governance (data definitions, ownership, quality controls) • Exposure to change management (communications, training materials, stakeholder readiness) • Experience supporting project governance (milestones, RAID, dependency management) • Finance/Treasury domain experience
