Assist customers and sales reps via phone and email, process orders, resolve complaints, and support sales teams. | Minimum 3 years of customer service, sales, or marketing experience, proficiency in Microsoft applications, excellent communication skills. | TITLE: Customer Service Rep POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position reports to the Customer Service Manager. Communicate via phone and e-mail with new and existing customers and sales reps. Understand needs of customers and explain how these needs can be met with our products and capabilities. Support the internal and external sales teams, work closely with customers, and identify and influence profitable opportunities. Process stock and custom purchase orders, return authorizations, corrective action reports, freight claims, and credits. Communicate with other departments to resolve issues and expedite tasks. Resolve complaints and answer customer questions regarding services and procedures. Provide exceptional, world class customer service. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers and sales reps. Process and confirm stock and custom purchase orders. Communicate with customers and sales reps via phone and e-mail. Proactively resolve customer concerns. Participate in team and company meetings. Manage customer expectations by communicating realistic information regarding lead times. Request and obtain custom item/artwork proofs from PO Dept and submit for customer approval. Track shipments and provide PODs (Proofs of Delivery) as needed. Issue RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations). Register Complaints in Workflow to initiate credit memos. Handle QIs (Quality Issues) by obtaining information for processing from the customer and reporting to the PO team. Manage and expedite backorders, offering substitute items when necessary. Promote new products to customers. Take on new projects and accounts as needed. Review incoming container lists and update necessary information on sales orders. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 3 years customer service, sales, or marketing experience. Proven ability to manage multiple relationships well. Operate various forklifts to move and stack materials, pick and palletize orders, load/unload trucks, and scan inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment. | At least 5 years continuous sit-down forklift experience, preferred clamp and order picker experience, manufacturing/warehouse background, hand scanner proficiency, self-motivation, and good attendance. | TITLE: Material Handler POSITION OBJECTIVE: Paper packaging company is seeking Forklift Drivers to unload trucks of skids and paper rolls, move materials to the warehouse, supply machines with paper rolls and cartons, pick orders and palletize cartons for shipments. QUALIFICATIONS: At least 5 continuous years’ experience operating a sit-down. Experience is preferred in clamp and stand-up order picker. Preferred experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment. Experience with a hand scanner and tablet. Be self-motivated, and able to work without close supervision. Honest, dependable, safety and quality conscious. Good job history required. Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive the sit-down forklift to pick up skids of finished cartons, stretch wrap and label, and stack on racks in the warehouse according to location. Drive the clamp truck to deliver rolls of paper to and from machines and stack rolls in the warehouse according to location. Drive the order picker to pick cartons and palletize orders. Manually pack carton orders in the warehouse as needed. Load and unload materials, cartons, pallets, and paper rolls from trucks. Scanning materials in and out of inventory with hand scanner. Weigh wrapped skids and record weight for labels. WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION: Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of PPE. Fast paced warehouse with exposure to machinery noise. TRAINING: Must complete online and classroom training as required.
